The hotel's location was fantastic, being very close to the airport allowed for easy and convenient travel. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were well-maintained, with clean rooms and a functional bathroom.

The neighborhood surrounding the hotel left much to be desired.

Great location near historic center. Pleasant facilities, including free wi-fi, luggage storage, and a lounge area. The room was spacious and they even arranged an airport pick-up. a jaw-dropping experience!

The Fish Market was so lively and we got to try so many different types of seafood. At the Catania Harbour, we enjoyed a fun boat ride and took some amazing Instagram-worthy photos. These attractions were definitely worth it if you're looking for cool activities to do with friends!

We had a great stay at Primo Hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast, although basic, was satisfying. Despite being aware that the hotel is located in a less desirable neighborhood, we felt safe and had no issues during our stay. I would recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

Exploring Catania with my family was a blast, especially visiting the lively Fish Market and Catania Harbour. The Fish Market bursts with fresh seafood, vibrant colors, and local charm. We couldn't resist grabbing some delicious street food and immersing ourselves in the lively atmosphere. Catania Harbour offered breathtaking views of the sea, and the kids loved watching the boats go by. These must-visit spots added an exciting touch to our family trip, making it truly memorable.

My children wanted more kid-friendly activities within the hotel.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is in a vibrant neighborhood with everything you could possibly need within walking distance. Whether you want to visit iconic landmarks or head to the airport, getting around is super convenient. The facilities are top-notch, especially the jacuzzi and spa, and the rooms have all the modern amenities like flat-screen TVs and free wi-fi. I was impressed by the express check-in/out option and the secure locker room for storing luggage. The bar/lounge area and coffee shop were perfect for relaxing and socializing. a fantastic experience!

Thank goodness they had a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, security system, and first aid kit. And the breakfast buffet was.well, buffet-like.

Who needs pets or service animals? Definitely not this property.
